Is Drayage Cloud a web app?
No. Drayage Cloud is a native desktop app, with a separate admin app for administrators. This site is the only part that runs in a browser.
Where is my data stored?
Each environment has its own database and credentials. Development, staging and production never share records.
Does it replace my accounting system?
It includes one. Accounting is a full module with a ledger, invoices, bills and settlement, and drayage charges are invoiced through it directly.
Can I import my existing rates and customers?
Data Factory loads data on a schedule or on demand through pipelines and linked services. Ask about your sources when you request a demo.
How do people sign in?
With Microsoft Entra ID, so your existing work accounts and policies apply.
